India in need of judicial accountability commission.

We the people of India must possess the right to question judicial court judges intentions behind its any decision.

Try to analyze decisions of SC benches, and dissect their  judgments  individually or  separately, read their lines, read  between the lines, level of references to justify their stand, angularities of interpretation, intellectual expressions, philosophical base to dramatize their decisions, you will find their brains far below average, biased and unjustified reasons, giving references of foreign countries, trying to make decision historic with their nonsense interpretation. Seems to be competing within themselves. 
Quite pathetic state our supreme court is in. They didn’t let Modi govt. feel that they have week opposition in parliament. They acted as opposition party outside parliament. They entertained every nuance in the name of Public interest litigation and went far ahead to give anti national decisions in the name of individual right. Many times you can see them through their pen, that they are representing Vatican and china. It's a typical working strategy of china to put financial pressure on any country through balance of payment or by financing the mega infrastructural project. Then destabilizing countries parliamentary and political setup by corrupting and influencing their judicial system. In any country where china is taking interest anybody can observe this fact. 
If you want to know Vatican way of functioning, they work on the line of individual right, freedom of expression, women and child condition and their position in their social structure, tribal medical and literacy problem, where they can intervene as church and can mislead the illiterate poor  in to Christianity.  Women rape is a central and very important weapon of their strategy against anyone and whoever comes between their plans. 
America functions through CIA and England's MI6. Issue of human rights and trade pressures through multinational corporate and International financing agencies is their weapons.
So we the Indian people must have such a constitutional arrangement where anyone can bring the law making judges to the direct accountability desk to dissect their decisions because law making decisions shape the future of a country. Biased Judges functioning under the influence of foreign country or functioning for any anti national ideology can be very damaging to a nation. After all they are humans with multiple human weaknesses under their robes.
