तत्त्व और ऊर्जा  के बाद पृथ्वी में अंतर निहित गुरु ही तीसरा आयाम है,  जो वायु को  गति  दे कर  प्राण का निर्माण  करता है। तत्त्व और ऊर्जा  की गति ही उस प्राण को निर्बल और पुष्ट करती है। आप का गुरु  आप में ही निहित है , किसी  भी प्राण का गुरु उस प्राण के बाहर हो ही नहीं सकता। स्व गुरुत्व की पूर्ण जागृति  ही  गरिमा की स्थापना है। दूसरों के गुरुत्व पर आलम्बित होने के स्थान पर अपने गुरुत्व को स्वम्  जागृत करे।  इसी दर्शन की नक्षत्रिय व्यख्या गुरु पूर्णिमा है।

You can not write a volatile situation like democracy in form of words of a book. Implication behind words, explanations between the lines makes a book "live ". Right understanding, interpretation and explanation can convert it into a religious book. It depends on the maturity and intelligence of the interpreter. Biased and arrested brains can insult any well meaning thought, emotion or deed. This is what our Supreme court is doing again and again.

Now a days our Proud Supreme court is busy with jokes on Sikhs, then shall be busy on Rajanikant`,then Aloknath, then Pathans,etc.

In democracy everybody is above the system. In democracy, system functions at the lowest level. Democracy is a most dynamic and volatile process of collective decision where every individual opinion matters. We should not develop any such system which can hinder anybody's emotional expression. More inclusive the decision greater the democracy. 

Look at the British referendum about European union. Best example of true and mature democracy, system never intervened in decision, it is British individuals, who took the decision. British people were desperate to get rid of, parasitic burden of weaker currencies on pound, and American generated refugee crises.

As far as Raghuram rajan is concerned , he is an expert of Macro economics . A country suffering from 65% BPL, needs an expert of Micro economics , where Rajan is a complete failure. and where Swami is right. Swami is all Heart and speaks heart, Modi is all Brains, speaks brain. For people living at starving line, one needs heart not brains to stand with them.
