Another joker- ish interpretation by Supreme court for Arunachal pradesh, proving our constitution a dead book. Reading a book, and converting it in to a decision ,is not "judiciary"
You can not write a volatile situation like democracy in form of words of a book. Implication behind words, explanations between the lines makes a book "live ". Right understanding, interpretation and explanation can convert it into a religious book. It depends on the maturity and intelligence of the interpreter. Biased and arrested brains can insult any well meaning thought, emotion or deed. This is what our Supreme court is doing again and again.
Now a days our Proud Supreme court is busy with jokes on Sikhs, then shall be busy on Rajanikant`,then Aloknath, then Pathans,etc.
